31 Permission to Depart.[a]Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron during the night and said, “Arise and leave my people, you and the children of Israel! Go and serve the Lord as you have said. 32 Take your herds and your flocks, as you have said, and leave. Bless me, too.”

33 The Egyptians urged on the people to drive them out of the land quickly, for they said, “We are all about to die.”
